Members of our staff facilitated the creation of the Harvest Hill Assisted Living Community project in concert with the master plan for Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital.

Working with Patricia Brent, Vice President of facilities, a member of our staff conceived of an assisted living project, which when accepted by Alice Peck Day trustees, became known as Harvest Hill. The project resulted in eighty housing units, sited to address aesthetic considerations associated with an adjacent mobile home park.

To date, members of our staff have completed the first two project phases, laying the groundwork for a recently permitted third phase.
