Streetscapes, Lebanon, New Hampshire

Pathways Consulting, LLC has worked for a number of years with the City of Lebanon to assist with the partial revitalization of its downtown.

Initial efforts included approaching City staff with ideas about improvements, which formed the basis for CIP projects. We worked with the City, the CCBA, the Senior Center, and Spencer Square to revitalize and improve the area. This dynamic political process used public and private funds through community partnering for successful completion of several projects.

These projects included City Hall renovations, redevelopment and expansion of the Senior Center, redevelopment of the Spencer Square site for workforce housing, enhancing parking efficiencies and aesthetics, replacing structural wall deficiencies, and uniting pedestrian, bicycle, and transportation facilities. Streetscapes illustrates our vision, long-term commitment to the community, and proficiency in dealing with multiple political processes.
