Members of our staff initially assisted with site selection and environmental services for the Baker Hill Golf Club project, and were later re-engaged to assist with golf course construction.

At the start of the Baker Hill project, our primary duties included erosion and sediment control monitoring, permitting assistance including amendments and conflict resolution due to project complications with the Town of Newbury, the Lake Sunapee Protective Association, and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. Additionally, members of our staff were engaged to assist with site design and permitting for the permanent clubhouse, xpansion of the on-site wastewater disposal system, aboveground fuel storage, the maintenance building, and parking amenities.

Today this scenic course incorporates extraordinary site features for its eighteen-hole play.
