Fore-U Golf Center, West Lebanon, New Hampshire

The Fore-U Golf Center project is a unique combination of public and private elements to create a now thriving commercial center on a redeveloped site.

Members of our staff were instrumental in developing a relationship between the City of Lebanon and Fore-U Golf that resulted in the rezoning and reuse of a portion of a municipal landfill to accommodate the project. Additionally, we assisted with managing, planning, design, and construction assistance, all coordinated with the Home Depot project.

Today the Fore-U Golf Center includes a driving range, miniature golf courses, and an ice cream shop, embraced and enjoyed by the community.
