Members of our staff were instrumental in developing a private-public partnership between the City of Lebanon and Fore-U Golf to facilitate the Home Depot project at the center of an integrated commercial development.

The one hundred thirty-six thousand square foot building anchors the Fore-U Golf Center, the Golf and Ski Warehouse sports retail store, Koto Restaurant. Additionally, members of our staff assisted with planning and design using Low Impact Design methods, construction assistance, and off-site assistance including improvements to Route 12A, signal timing, and roadway modifications to accommodate new turning movements.

Today the design has been embraced by the community, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, and Home Depot alike.
