Members of our staff assisted King Arthur Flour with site development in response to rapidly growing business needs.

As part of a planning committee, a member of our staff assisted King Arthur Flour with master plan improvements and business planning. Planning and design services were also provided in support of a teaching kitchen, environmental improvements for public benefit, and site design and construction assistance. Permitting assistance included acquisition of state and federal wetland permits with planning to substantially enhance the functions and values of an on-site man-made pond. Pedestrian, aesthetic, and classroom setting considerations were the basis for planning efforts for phased site improvements.

Today King Arthur Flour serves across America, starting with the original Baker's Store and the Baker's Education Center, a premiere business in the Town of Norwich, Vermont, receiving numerous awards for its products and services.
