Quail Hollow, Lebanon, New Hampshire

The Quail Hollow Senior Living Community project was an opportunity to redevelop an excavated gravel pit in a developing residential area.

The constructed project consists of approximately two hundred units of detached independent living cottages situated around two assisted living facilities, providing senior citizens an independent residential opportunity in a unique landscape.

In addition to site design, members of our staff provided turning lane access from a State highway, as well as vehicular and pedestrian access to and within the site on sloping terrain. Of note, the site utilities arrangement incorporated two adjacent municipal systems in an agreement we negotiated between the two municipalities.
