The Spencer Square project provides an affordable housing complex for the downtown Lebanon, New Hampshire area.

Project planning and design involved the renovation of a rail station and replacement of an obsolete commercial building, both enhancing and improving existing amenities. Simultaneous planning and design projects included City Hall renovations and pedestrian improvements, downtown parking, pedestrian, landscape, and lighting renovations, Senior Center expansion and reconfiguration of site amenities, and CCBA recreational facility access, parking, and pedestrian improvements.

This comprehensive urban planning project integrated multiple owner needs with various funding sources to provide needed housing for a growing community.
