The Town of Hartford has worked with Pathways Consulting, LLC on numerous projects to enhance and support the community.

Our project experience includes streetscape planning, designing pedestrian access improvements, road upgrades, drainage improvements, water system evaluation assistance, and construction management assistance provided through CDBG, Vtrans, and local funding.
