Veterans Administration, White River Junction, VT
The Veterans Administration project included the relocation and reuse of five existing modular buildings for two locations on the medical campus.
Our personnel were selected by the Verterans Administration for the relocation project to be completed in two phases. Following the completion of topographic surveying for each site, our services included mapping of underground utilities from record drawings and limited subsurface excavation, and the preparation of two alternative building layouts for each site. Working with Lee F. Carroll Associates for electrical design on both phases, our personnel provided detailed site engineering and completed the project with construction observation.
These modular buildings provide much needed office and storage space on the medical campus and are primarily used for office and support services. Our personnel carefully integrated the buildings' locations and site landscaping within the existing historic campus structures, as well as the existing pedestrian and vehicular access and utilities.
