Members of our staff have assisted Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital with master planning and several site plan improvement projects over a period of approximately two decades.

More recent project examples include conceptualization and assistance with implementing the Harvest Hill Assisted Living Community, new maintenance facilities, upgrades to the municipal water system utilizing creative joint funding with the City of Lebanon, drainage facilities management, design, permitting, and construction assistance for the Operating Room (OR) expansion, the Intensive Care Center (ICC) expansion, and various additions for the main campus, as well as satellite campus projects in both Enfield and Canaan, New Hampshire.

Additionally, members of our staff continue to contribute to neighborhood consensus building, and coordination with Alice Peck Day personnel to establish and enhance long-term relationships.
