Members of our staff have assisted Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center with numerous projects, from the initial facility relocation and construction of the Lebanon campus, through current projects, on the Lebanon and satellite campuses.

Most recently, our personnel teamed with Shepley Bulfinch Richardson & Abbott in a major expansion project to the Lebanon campus as part of the "Project for Progress". This four hundred sixty-six thousand square foot expansion project included a new Building 11, east mall, Emergency Room expansion, and expansion to the loading dock area and deliveries, all part of the design for the new East Entrance. Additionally, the East Entrance expansion required the relocation of the DART helicopter service, including site design for the new service hanger, as well as design and permitting for the new service system and storage for the Jet A fuel. A special project feature was the design and installation, via-directional drilling, of a twelve inch sanitary sewer line significantly below grade, facilitated in a way to accommodate existing structures and allow the Emergency Room to remain operational during the installation process.

Our personnel teamed with Walker Parking to coordinate the design and layout for a six hundred fifty space parking garage, and assisted with Lot 20, a nine hundred fifty space surface parking area, maintaining the existing loop road theme of the hospital access scheme around the lot with meandering bays of parking at the south end, and constructed wetlands with special design characteristics to mitigate disturbance at the north.

Today our personnel are engaged in facilitating the loop road relocation project to accommodate the upcoming C. Everett Koop Medical Science Complex, a large single-building facility to include the translational research building, developed in a combined effort by Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and the Dartmouth Medical School.
