The Forest Ridge project envisions a residential community to provide five hundred units of housing within the Lincoln, New Hampshire resort community.

Members of our staff teamed with the landscape architectural offices of James S. Kennedy, carefully siting individual units on very challenging terrain. Project challenges varied in particular, the expansion of the municipal water system, installation of new mains to a new reservoir, and the site design for a 1.0 million gallon water storage tank. Our personnel have completed the first phase of construction, which includes seventy-two residential units, a community center, and a Town Recreational Complex.

Today our personnel continue project work in multiple phases including construction assistance, planning, design, and funding.
